Return and Refund Policy - Misbah Alwafi

At "Misbah Alwafi", we are thrilled and honored by your choice of our luxury prayer beads, and we are fully committed to ensuring that your acquisitions perfectly match your high expectations. Because we stand behind the quality and master craftsmanship of our handmade creations, we have established a flexible and transparent return and exchange policy that guarantees your rights in accordance with the commercial laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates and the GCC countries.

1. General Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

- Return or exchange requests are accepted within 7 working days from the date you receive the product.
- The Misbah must be in its absolute original condition as received; unused, and completely free from any exposure to perfumes, Oud oil, or any elements that cause damage.
- The Misbah must be returned inside its original luxury box along with all accompanying accessories, packaging, or certificates.

2. Cases of Free Returns (Brand Covers All Costs):

At "Misbah Alwafi", we apply strict quality control standards prior to shipping. However, in the rare event of an unintended error, we will fully cover all shipping and return fees in the following cases:
- The presence of a clear manufacturing defect in the beads, the separator (Shahid), or the tassel (Karkousha).
- Receiving a different Misbah from the one you ordered on the website (error in material or color).

3. Returns Based on Customer Preference:

If a customer wishes to return the Misbah or exchange it for a different material without any manufacturing defect or order error:
- This is permitted within the specified period (7 days), and the customer shall bear the shipping and delivery fees incurred to return the product to our warehouses.
- The original shipping fee and the reverse shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded to the customer.

4. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products:

- Prayer beads that have been resized, had their tassels modified, or were custom-crafted based on a specific and personal request from the customer (Custom Orders).
- Prayer beads that show signs of daily use, or carry scents of incense (Bakhour) and essential oils.

5. Refund Process:

- Once we receive the returned Misbah and it is inspected by our quality team to ensure its pristine condition, you will be notified via email or WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- Upon approval, the amount will be refunded to your credit card or the payment method used during the purchase within 7 to 14 working days (depending on your bank's policy).
- In the case of purchases made via "Cash on Delivery" (where available), the amount will be transferred via bank wire to the customer's account after providing us with the official bank details.
