Return and Refund Policy - Misbah Alwafi

At "Misbah Alwafi," we are delighted and honored by your choice of our luxurious prayer beads, and we are absolutely committed to ensuring that your purchases meet your high expectations. Because we trust the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade products, we have developed a flexible and clear return and exchange policy that guarantees your rights in accordance with the commercial laws in force in the United Arab Emirates and the GCC countries.

1. General Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

- Return or exchange requests can be made within 7 business days from the date you receive the product.
- The prayer beads must be in their original condition exactly as received; unused, and not exposed to any perfumes, oud oils, or causes of damage.
- The prayer beads must be returned inside their original luxury box and all accessories or explanatory certificates that were included with them.

2. Cases of Free Returns (Brand Covers all Costs):

At "Misbah Alwafi," we apply strict quality inspection standards before shipping, but in case of an unintentional error, we cover all shipping and return fees in the following cases:
- Presence of a clear manufacturing defect in the beads of the prayer beads, the imame (divider), or the tassel (handmade piece).
- Receiving prayer beads different from what you ordered from the website (error in material or color).

3. Return Cases Based on Customer's Desire:

If the customer wishes to return the prayer beads or exchange them for another material without a manufacturing defect or order error:
- This is allowed within the specified period (7 days), and the customer bears the shipping and delivery fees resulting from returning the product to our warehouses.
- The value of the basic shipping fees and reverse shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount to the customer.

4. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products:

- Prayer beads that have been resized, had their tassel changed, or were specially crafted based on a specific and custom request from the customer (Custom Orders).
- Prayer beads that show signs of daily use, or emit the scents of incense and essential oils.

5. Refund Mechanism:

- Once we receive the returned prayer beads and they are inspected by the quality team to ensure their integrity, you will be notified via email or WhatsApp of the acceptance or rejection of the refund request.
- If approved, the amount will be refunded to your credit card or the payment method you used during purchase within 7 to 14 business days (depending on your bank's policy).
- If purchased through the "Cash on Delivery" option (if available), the amount will be transferred via bank transfer to the customer's account after providing us with the official details.
